Self Leveling 100% Solids Industrial Grade Epoxy
One Stop Epoxy Self Leveling 100% Solids Industrial Grade Epoxy is a professional grade, high build floor coating engineered for extreme durability in residential, commercial, and industrial environments. This self leveling resin creates a seamless, high gloss surface with superior adhesion and the chemical resistance required for long term performance.
Sold as a 3 gallon short fill kit, this system arrives clear or pre pigmented in white, light gray, medium gray, black, or tan to save you time and eliminate mixing errors on the jobsite.
What Is a 100% Solids Industrial Epoxy?
Unlike water based or solvent based store coatings, a 100% solids epoxy contains no fillers that evaporate during the curing process. This means the thickness you apply wet is exactly the thickness that remains when dry. This "high build" characteristic is what allows the material to self level, filling minor imperfections in the concrete to create a heavy duty finish.
Why Professionals Choose Pre Pigmented Short Fill Kits
Eliminate Mixing Errors: No separate pigment packs to measure; the color is already balanced in the resin.
In-Bucket Mixing: The "short fill" design allows you to add Part B directly into the Part A bucket, saving you the cost of extra mixing pails.
Consistency: Ensures perfect color uniformity across large multi kit pours.
Versatility: Use as a standalone solid color floor, a receiver coat for flakes, or a structural base for metallic designs.
Mixing and Application Requirements
Mix Ratio: 2 Parts A to 1 Part B.
Mix Time: 3 Full Minutes at 300 to 450 RPM.
Working Time: 45 Minutes on the floor (8 minutes if left in the bucket).
Traffic Ready: 24 Hours for foot traffic; 7 days for full chemical cure.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a true 100 percent solids epoxy?Yes. This is a true 100 percent solids industrial resin containing no water or solvents. The thickness you apply wet is the thickness that remains after cure.
Is this a good epoxy for garage floors?Yes. It is the gold standard for garage floor coatings because it provides the high build and chemical resistance needed to withstand hot tires and automotive fluids.
Does this come pre pigmented?Yes. Our short fill kits arrive pre pigmented in White, Black, Light Gray, Med Gray, and Tan, ensuring color consistency and ease of use.
Do I need a separate mixing bucket? No. The short fill design allows you to pour Part B directly into the Part A bucket for convenient mixing.
How long should I mix the epoxy?Mix for a minimum of 3 minutes using a low speed drill and a cage style mixer to ensure a complete chemical crosslink.
What is the working time once mixed?Once poured onto the floor, you have approximately 45 minutes at 75 degrees. If left in the bucket, the material can harden in less than 10 minutes (exotherm).
Can this be used for a full flake floor?Yes. It is an excellent pigmented receiver coat for vinyl flakes. For a pro finish, topcoat with PolyGloss 85 Polyaspartic after scraping the flakes.
Does surface prep matter with self leveling epoxy?Absolutely. Proper mechanical grinding to a CSP 2 or 3 profile is required for a permanent bond. Self leveling refers to the finish, not prep.
Can I use this as a base for metallic floors?Yes. It provides a stable, uniform pigmented foundation for Metallic Dream Epoxy body coats.
How many square feet does a kit cover?A 3 gallon kit typically covers 400 to 450 square feet as a receiver coat for flakes or 300 to 400 square feet for a high build solid color finish.

Moisture Vapor Barrier Epoxy |...
$240.00
Moisture Vapor Barrier Epoxy | 25 lb Rated 100% Solids MVB
One Stop Epoxy 100% Solids Moisture Vapor Barrier Epoxy is a professional-grade foundation coating engineered to block moisture vapor transmission through concrete slabs. Rated for extreme conditions up to 25 lbs of moisture vapor emission, this product creates a permanent barrier that prevents the most common causes of floor failure: peeling, bubbling, and delamination.
This is not a finish coat or a receiver coat. It is a critical insurance policy used to stabilize concrete before installing a 100% solids epoxy build system.
Why Professionals Use a 25 lb Rated MVB
Concrete is naturally porous and acts like a sponge, releasing moisture vapor for years. When this vapor pressure builds up beneath a standard coating, it physically breaks the bond, leading to total system failure. Our MVB Epoxy solves this by penetrating deep into the concrete capillaries to create a structural seal that can handle high hydrostatic pressure.
Extreme Moisture Resistance: Rated to block up to 25 lbs of vapor transmission—far exceeding standard epoxies.
Prevents Osmotic Blistering: Stops the bubbles that form when moisture is trapped under the floor.
Superior Bond Strength: Provides a stabilized, non-porous surface for your next epoxy layer to lock onto.
Zero VOC Formulation: 100% solids with no odor, making it safe for interior and basement applications.
The Proper System Sequence
To ensure a lifetime bond on slabs with moisture concerns, follow the professional "Step-Up" method:
The Barrier: Apply One Stop MVB Epoxy directly to mechanically profiled concrete (CSP 2-3).
The Build Coat: Once cured, apply a layer of 100% Solids Self Leveling Epoxy. This acts as your pigmented base or "receiver coat" for flakes.
The Finish: Complete the system with a high-performance Polyaspartic or Urethane topcoat.
Mixing and Application Requirements
Pro Tip: Do not broadcast flakes or quartz directly into the MVB. This material must be applied as a continuous, unbroken film to effectively block moisture. Mix for a full 3 minutes to ensure the chemical barrier is fully cross-linked.
Mix Ratio: 2 Parts A to 1 Part B.
Mixer: Use a box or cage style mixer at 300 to 450 RPM.
Coverage: 100 to 150 square feet per gallon depending on porosity.
Dry Time: 8 to 10 hours at room temperature.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a moisture vapor barrier epoxy? If moisture is present, unknown, or if you are installing over a slab on grade, this is a necessary preventative step to avoid total coating failure.
How do I know if my concrete has a moisture problem?Visible signs include efflorescence (white powder) or dark spots. The only certain way is testing, but applying MVB is the safest preventative measure for any slab where the history is unknown.
Can I use this for basement floors?Yes. Basements are inherently prone to moisture issues. Using this vapor barrier is the best way to ensure your basement epoxy floor never peels or bubbles.
Can I broadcast flakes directly into the MVB?No. The Moisture Vapor Barrier must be applied as a clean, continuous film to seal the slab. After it cures, you apply a 100% solids epoxy layer to serve as your pigmented receiver coat for flakes.
Is this required for garage floors? It is highly recommended in humid environments, on older slabs, or if you are a professional installer offering a long-term warranty to your clients.
What happens if I skip this step?Skipping moisture control on a high-vapor slab leads to osmotic blistering and total system delamination, requiring a costly total replacement.
Can this be used as a finished floor? No. This is a functional base layer designed to stabilize the slab. It must be covered by a 100% solids epoxy build coat and an appropriate topcoat.
What should I use over this product?Typically, installers follow this with a 100% solids epoxy (like our Self Leveling or 150 Fast Cure) before moving to their decorative broadcast or topcoat.
How long do I have to wait before applying my next coat? The material is generally dry to the touch in 8 to 10 hours. You should apply your next coat of epoxy within 24 hours to ensure a strong chemical bond.
What is the mix ratio? The mix ratio is 2 parts Part A to 1 part Part B. Mix thoroughly with a drill mixer for a full 3 minutes before pouring.
Metallic Dream Epoxy | Premium...
$220.00
Metallic Dream Epoxy | Premium Designer Metallic Resin
Metallic Dream Epoxy is a professional grade, 100% solids epoxy system engineered specifically for high-end metallic floor applications. Unlike standard resins, this is a design driven system that provides the extended open time necessary to create one of a kind floors with incredible depth, flowing movement, and a mirror-like high gloss finish.
Used in residential living spaces, showrooms, and retail environments, Metallic Dream delivers the perfect balance of workability, artistic control, and visual impact.
The Metallic Dream Advantage: 60 Minutes of Control
Metallic epoxy is an art form, and art takes time. Most failures occur when the resin "locks up" too quickly, leaving harsh roller marks and stagnant patterns. Metallic Dream Epoxy is formulated to stay fluid for up to 60 minutes, allowing installers to:
Manipulate Movement: Soften and blend colors using a Magic Trowel without the resin tacking up.
Minimize Bubbles: Extended leveling time allows air to escape more efficiently.
Achieve 3D Depth: High-build, 100% solids chemistry creates the "thick" look that makes metallic pigments pop.
The Professional System Build
The Foundation: Concrete must be mechanically ground. For porous slabs, use our Water Based Epoxy Primer to prevent outgassing.
The Base Coat: Apply a solid pigmented base using our 100% Solids Self Leveling Epoxy. Black is the industry standard for maximum contrast.
The Money Coat: Apply Metallic Dream mixed with your chosen pigments. Manipulate the surface with an 18-inch Magic Trowel for an organic, marble-like flow.
The Shield: Finish with Premera T2 Topcoat for elite scratch resistance that preserves the high gloss shine.
Mixing and Application Guidelines
Pro Tip: Never "whip" the product. Mixing at high speeds traps micro-bubbles in the resin that can ruin a glass-finish floor. Use a low-speed paddle mixer and ensure pigments are fully dispersed before pouring.
Coverage: Approximately 150 sq. ft. per kit (50 sq. ft. per gallon for proper flow).
Mix Speed: Keep drill under 300 RPM.
Working Time: Up to 60 minutes on the floor.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is metallic epoxy durable?Yes. When protected with a high-performance topcoat like Premera T2, metallic floors are highly durable and suitable for both residential and high-traffic commercial interiors.
Do I need to use a black base coat?Black is the preferred base because it acts as a "canvas" that makes metallic colors appear more vibrant and 3-dimensional. However, other colors can be used for custom aesthetic effects.
Is every metallic floor different?Yes. Because the epoxy shifts and levels as it cures, no two floors can ever be identical. Each installation is a unique piece of custom art.
Can I use multiple metallic colors?Absolutely. Professionals often use a primary color and 1-2 accent colors to create dynamic, marble-like movement and visual interest.
Is this system beginner friendly? No. Metallic epoxy requires a deep understanding of timing and flow. We recommend practicing on sample boards before attempting a full-scale floor.
How much working time do I have?Metallic Dream provides up to 60 minutes of open time, giving you the longest window in the industry to manipulate your design.
What topcoat should I use?We highly recommend Nukote Premera T2 Topcoat Gloss. High-gloss floors show scratches easily; Premera T2 provides a glass-hard shield that protects the aesthetic.

Mixing and Application Instructions
Step 1 Pre Mix
Because this is a water based product, settlement is normal and expected. Blend the bucket of BASE (Part A) for 1 minute before pouring into a larger bucket and combining with activator.
Step 2 The Blend
For 1 Gallon Kits: Pour Part A and Part B into a larger mixing bucket and blend for 2 minutes using a paddle mixer.
For 2 or More Gallons: When mixing multiple kits together (up to 4 gallons in a 5 gallon bucket), you must use a Box Mixer and blend for 2 - 3 minutes to ensure a complete chemical reaction.
Step 3 Application
Pour the mixed material directly onto the floor. While wearing spiked shoes, spread the material evenly using a flat squeegee.
Small Projects: You may utilize a paint tray and dip and roll using a 1/4” nap epoxy roller (ensure the roller is de-shedded prior to use). To avoid roller lines, you may backroll the floor before the product becomes tacky.
Coverage and Technical Specs
All SFPG dependent upon porosity of the concrete:
Primer on Porous Concrete: 200 to 250 SFPG
Grind and Seal Base Coat: 200 to 250 SFPG
Grind and Seal Body Coat: 150 to 200 SFPG
Light Duty DIY Garage Floor (Needs Pigment and Two Layers): 150 to 175 SFPG

Densifier Application: When applying to very soft or weak concrete, add 10% water to the first coat and apply as a densifier. The material should be applied to saturate the surface and allow for proper penetration into the concrete. Coverage rates for this application will vary depending on the condition and porosity of the concrete.
Once the densified layer has dried, apply a second full strength coat without dilution. This exception applies only when using the product as a densifier and does not apply to standard primer or coating applications.
Application Temp: Best if applied between 55 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cure Schedule and Recoating
Tack Free / Foot Traffic: 12 Hours
Recoat Window: 24 Hours
Heavy Foot Traffic: 48 Hours
Vehicular Traffic: 72 Hours (3 Days)
When To Sand For Additional Coats: A second coat may be applied within the 24 hour recoat window without sanding. If more than 24 hours have passed since the previous application, sanding is required. Sand the surface using a 100 to 120 mesh sanding screen, then vacuum and wipe the surface with denatured alcohol or acetone to achieve a proper mechanical bond before applying the next coat.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add a little water to make the primer spread further? No. You should not thin to expand coverage rate. Thinning disrupts the chemical bond and will result in a weak coat. The only exception is adding 10% water when using the product strictly as a densifier for very soft, crumbly concrete.
Why do I have to sand before applying my metallic or topcoat?Sanding creates a mechanical profile or "teeth" for the next layer to grab onto. Skipping this step leads to poor adhesion and potential delamination.
Which mixer should I use?For single gallon kits, a standard paddle mixer is fine. For anything 2 gallons or larger, a Box Mixer is required to ensure the Part A and Part B are fully integrated without trapping excessive air.
Do I need a primer before epoxy?Yes. A primer improves adhesion, seals concrete pores to reduce outgassing, and helps prevent bubbles in your high build layers.
Can I use this under metallic epoxy?Yes. This is one of the best applications for this product as it ensures the Metallic Dream layer goes down over a sealed surface, preventing bubbles from ruining the finish.
Is this a high build coating? No. Water based epoxy is typically used as a primer or light duty coating, not as a high build system.
Can this be used as a final coat?Yes, in light duty environments such as storage areas or mechanical rooms.
What happens if I skip sanding between coats?Skipping sanding can lead to poor adhesion and potential delamination between layers of the flooring system.

For large areas Multiple people should work this pattern loading the floor as one "Finisher" walks side to side back rolling the material over lapping by 2 inches with each pass. Do not wait to back roll as the product can tack over quickly and roller pickup may occur
Small Projects: You may utilize a paint tray and dip and roll using a 1/4 or 3/8” nap epoxy roller (ensure the roller is de-shedded prior to use). To avoid roller lines, you may backroll the floor before the product becomes tacky.
The "Orange Peel" Mitigation Tip
To achieve a professional, smooth finish and eliminate the "orange peel" texture typical of standard urethanes, add 12 ounces of water per kit into the initial mix. This improves the flow and leveling characteristics, resulting in a significantly smoother, more consistent surface reflection.
⚠️ ENVIRONMENTAL WARNING: Do not apply in direct sunlight or on sunbaked surfaces. Additionally, do not apply with air blowing directly on the floor from fans or HVAC systems. Moving air will cause the coating to skin over before it has a chance to properly lay down, leading to permanent surface defects.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will I get roller lines if I use this urethane topcoat?Roller lines are almost always a result of improper application technique. To ensure a uniform finish, it is critical to use an 18-inch roller for your main floor area. This provides equal down pressure across the entire surface, preventing the "squeeze lines" commonly caused by 9-inch roller frames. Use a 9-inch roller only for detail work along the edges.
Do I need a primer if I am doing a "Grind and Seal" directly on concrete? If you apply urethane directly to raw concrete, expect to apply multiple layers as the porous slab will "drink" the material. To prevent an uneven finish and save on material costs, we highly recommend first applying our One Stop WB Primer. This seals the concrete and provides a consistent foundation for the urethane.
How do I stop my urethane from having an orange peel texture?Standard urethanes are thick. By adding 12 ounces of water to your mixed kit, the product thins just enough to level out perfectly, eliminating almost all orange peel characteristics for a much smoother finish.
Is this product suitable for a warehouse with forklifts? While this urethane is very scratch resistant, it is designed for foot traffic and light vehicular use. For industrial environments with constant forklift traffic, our Labfender Polyurethane is the recommended system.
Why is sanding required after 24 hours? After 24 hours, the surface becomes too smooth for a chemical bond. Sanding creates a mechanical profile that allows the new layer to anchor securely to the previous one.
Can this be used for outdoor concrete? No. This is an interior topcoat. For exterior patios or driveways, use a specialized exterior-grade breathable sealer designed to handle moisture movement through the slab.
Can I apply this over a previous coating? The surface must be thoroughly cleaned and mechanically sanded to ensure a proper bond. Applying over an old coating without proper mechanical preparation will likely result in delamination.
What is the effect of high humidity on application?Humidity above 75% can slow the evaporation of water from the coating, which may cause a cloudy or "milky" finish. It is best to maintain a controlled interior environment during the cure.

3 inch chip brush
Mixing Instructions
Precision in the mixing process is critical to ensure the chemical bond and structural integrity of the LABPOX 30 system.
Combine Components: Pour 2 containers of Part A (Base) into a large mixing bucket, being careful not to pour material onto the sides of the larger bucket.
Add Activator: Pour the Part B (Activator) directly into the center of the large bucket. Again, ensure no material gets on the sides of the Base bucket; failing to do so may leave unmixed resin that causes soft spots on your finished floor.
Mixing Time: Mix full kits with a Box mixer for 2 minutes. Use a low-speed drill (300 to 450 RPM) to minimize air entrapment.
Scrape Sides: During the mixing process, make sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the mixing container thoroughly so no unmixed material remains.
Immediate Placement: Once the product is properly mixed, it needs to be immediately poured onto the floor. Leaving mixed material for too long in a mixing pail will create an exothermic reaction (rapid heat buildup), rendering the product unusable.
Application Procedure
Application Procedure Pour mixed material in a 20 foot long 12 inch wide ribbon Do not drain or scrape remaining material from the bucket onto the floor. Spread to uniform thickness with a notched squeegee and roll North South and back roll East West to achieve uniform coverage. Roller should be a 3/8 inch shed resistant epoxy roller cover.
PRO TIP: For metallic floors, use the extended 60 minute window to manipulate your pigments with a 9/16 inch looped roller or notched squeegee to create depth and movement before the product begins its initial set.

Mixing Instructions
Precision in the mixing process is critical to ensure the chemical bond and structural integrity of the LABPOX 40 UV system.
Mix partial kits with a Paddle Mixer.
Scrape Sides: During the mixing process, make sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the mixing container thoroughly so no unmixed material remains.
Immediate Placement: Pour the material onto the floor immediately after mixing. Leaving 100% solids epoxy in the bucket will cause it to exotherm (heat up) and ruin your working time.
Application Guidelines
To achieve the signature depth of a metallic floor, LABPOX 40 UV must be applied at a much higher film build than standard coatings.
Metallic Movement: Apply at a thickness of 30 to 50 mils. This high build volume allows the metallic pigments to stay suspended so they can move naturally and create depth during the cure.
Design Technique: Use an 18 Inch Magic Trowel to guide the pigments into your chosen pattern.
Contamination Warning: Ensure the job site is a clean environment. Avoid sweat, water, aerosols, or air movement near the wet floor.
⚠️ Metallic Epoxy Installation Tip: Do not apply in direct sunlight or on hot surfaces. Additionally, ensure all HVAC vents are directed away from the floor and turn off all fans. Moving air will cause the epoxy to skin over before it has a chance to properly lay down, ruining the metallic flow and leaving surface ripples.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is LABPOX 40 UV truly UV stable? It is one of the most UV resistant epoxies on the market, but it is still an epoxy. Over several years of exposure to direct sunlight, it will eventually amber. For permanent UV protection, always topcoat with Premera T2.
Why is the 60 minute working time important?Metallic floors require manipulation with a Magic Trowel to look their best. Standard epoxies set up too fast, leaving you with harsh lines or flat spots. The 60 minute window allows the pigments to flow and create that 3D depth.
Can I use this for a solid color floor?Yes. It is an excellent choice for light colored solid floors because of its improved color stability and clarity.
What causes fisheyes in my metallic floor?Fisheyes are almost always caused by surface contaminants. Avoid using aerosol sprays or air fresheners in the building, and ensure the installer does not drip sweat into the wet material.
Do I need to sand before topcoating? If you topcoat within 24 hours, you can go right over it. If you wait longer than 24 hours, you must sand the surface to a dull finish to ensure the topcoat bonds properly.
What is the best way to clean the floor before applying LABPOX 40 UV?After mechanical grinding, you must vacuum the floor thoroughly. We recommend a solvent wipe with Acetone to ensure no fine dust remains, as dust can cause surface profile issues in high build coatings.
Can I apply this over a moisture vapor barrier?Yes. LABPOX 40 UV works perfectly over a moisture barrier. Labpox MVB FAST – 100% Solids Epoxy Moisture Vapor Barrier to prevent the metallic finish from bubbling or delaminating.
What happens if a fan is blowing on the project while it cures?Moving air will blow contaminants on to your wet surface and this can be catastrophic. Wind can also cause the surface to skin over prematurely. This prevents the epoxy from laying down properly and stops the metallic pigments from moving, which will leave you with an uneven, wavy finish.
Can I use a torch to remove bubbles?Yes, a light pass with a propane torch or a spike roller can help release surface bubbles. However, because LABPOX 40 UV has excellent air release properties, you will find you need to do this much less than with standard resins.
How do I achieve the best three dimensional depth?Apply the material at a minimum of 50 SFPG. The thicker the application, the more room the metallic pigments have to sink and swirl, creating that signature glass like depth and movement.

Frequently Asked Questions
What makes the 3D UV version different from standard metallic epoxy? It features ultra low viscosity (300 cps) and a 90 to 100 minute working time. This allows the resin to flow more like water, which gives the metallic pigments total freedom to move and create deep visual effects.
Does this product resist yellowing?Yes. LABPOX LV 3D UV is formulated with cycloaliphatic polyamine technology, providing some of the best UV resistance in the epoxy category.
Why is low viscosity important for metallic floors?Thick epoxies "trap" pigments in place. A low viscosity resin allows the metallic particles to swirl and sink, creating a three dimensional look rather than a flat, painted appearance.
Can I use this for a clear topcoat?Yes. Its high clarity and excellent defoaming make it an ideal choice for a clear build coat over decorative designs or logos.
How long do I have to wait before walking on the floor?Because of the extended working time and ultra low viscosity, this system takes longer to reach initial hardness than standard epoxies. You should wait at least 48 hours for light foot traffic. For heavy furniture or vehicle traffic, wait a full 72 hours to ensure the resin has reached its full chemical resistance and hardness.
Can I mix multiple metallic colors together?Yes. One of the greatest advantages of the ultra low viscosity in LABPOX LV 3D UV is how beautifully it allows different metallic pigments to blend. You can "ribbon" different colors into each other or mist the surface with a secondary color to create natural veining and marble effects that stay fluid longer.
Do I need a specific base coat color for metallic epoxy?Yes. Metallic pigments are translucent. To achieve the best results, you should apply a solid color epoxy base coat (like LABPOX 35) first. Black is the most common choice as it makes the metallic colors pop with maximum depth, but lighter base colors can be used to create softer, more subtle finishes.
How do I prevent bubbles or "pinholes" in my metallic finish?Because metallic epoxy is applied at a high build, any air escaping from the concrete (outgassing) will be trapped. You must ensure the slab is perfectly sealed with a primer or moisture barrier like MVB FAST before applying your metallic body coat. This ensures the 3D layer stays smooth and glass like.
What is the best way to create "cells" or "craters" in the design? If you are looking for specific effects like cells or hammered metal textures, you can lightly mist the surface with 99 percent Isopropyl Alcohol while the epoxy is still in its 90 minute working window. The alcohol breaks the surface tension and causes the metallic pigments to disperse into unique, circular patterns.
Can I apply this over a previous coating?Yes, but only if the existing coating is well bonded and has been mechanically sanded to a completely dull finish. If there is any gloss remaining, the new metallic layer will not bond properly. Always perform a small test area to ensure compatibility between different resin systems.
What happens if the material starts to heat up in the bucket? This is known as an exotherm reaction. If the mixed material sits in the pail too long, it will begin to smoke or harden rapidly. If you feel the bucket getting hot, STOP RIGHT THERE! It's ruined. You've left it in the bucket too long and you'll create all kinds of cleanup challenges if you dump that on the floor.
