APF VaporSolve LP
$149.99
APF VaporSolve® LP – Low Perm Moisture Mitigation Epoxy
Product Overview
APF VaporSolve® LP is a 100% solids, low-permeance epoxy specifically engineered to isolate moisture-sensitive flooring systems from high-moisture concrete. Designed for use where concrete exhibits up to 99% RH (per ASTM F2170), this single-coat system is part of the APF VaporSolve Ultra System and exceeds ASTM F3010 standards for moisture mitigation.
This coating should only be applied over concrete that has never been treated with reactive silicate curing compounds or densifiers. If sodium or potassium silicates are present—or suspected—the APF VaporSolve Primer is required. Surface shot-blasting alone is not effective at removing metasilicate residues.
Key Features
Controls High Moisture Levels: Suitable for substrates with up to 99% relative humidity (RH).
Single-Coat Application: No primer needed when silicates are not present.
Superior Adhesion: Formulated for excellent substrate wetting and penetration.
Low Perm Rating: Protects against moisture vapor transmission.
Damp Concrete Application: Advanced curing agent allows installation over damp surfaces.
Application Temperature Range: 65°F to 85°F (18°C to 30°C).
Recommended Uses
Commercial concrete floors with elevated RH levels
Pre-installation under sensitive floor coverings
Moisture remediation in slab-on-grade construction
Installation Notes
For best results, install APF VaporSolve® LP over properly prepared concrete using a notched squeegee and back-rolling method. If silicate-based curing agents or densifiers have been applied to the concrete, use VaporSolve Primer before applying this product. Do not apply below the minimum temperature range. Always follow manufacturer’s technical data sheet for coverage and cure times.

APF Epoxy 300 FlexPaste
$209.99
APF Epoxy 300 FLEX PASTE – Flexible 100% Solids Joint and Crack Filler
Product Overview
APF Epoxy 300 FLEX PASTE is a 100% solids, medium-viscosity flexible epoxy system designed for high-performance industrial joint and crack repair. With excellent elongation, impact resistance, and bonding strength, this thixotropic paste provides long-term performance in environments exposed to vibration, surface movement, or heavy loads—including steel-wheeled traffic. It bonds tenaciously to both concrete and properly prepared metal substrates.
Developed for use as part of the APF Epoxy 300 FLEX floor system, FLEX PASTE performs exceptionally well on suspended slabs, mechanical rooms, wood decks, and exterior flooring systems. It can also be used to coat properly prepared aluminum and steel, including marine deck applications. A Fast Cure version is available for cold weather or accelerated project schedules.
Key Features
Flexible, Thixotropic Paste: Ideal for non-dynamic joints and structural cracks.
Impact & Load Absorption: Designed for steel-wheeled traffic and vibration-prone areas.
Cold Weather Cure: Fast Cure option available for application down to 40°F.
Waterproofing Capable: Functions as a membrane in damp or exposed environments.
Steel & Marine Applications: Bonds to properly prepared aluminum and steel ship decks.
Recommended Uses
Manufacturing and warehouse floors
Mechanical rooms and suspended slabs
Veterinary and healthcare facilities
Retail and institutional flooring
Correctional and pharmaceutical facilities
Wood decks and exterior aggregate-filled systems
Steel ship decks and marine structures
Installation Notes
APF Epoxy 300 FLEX PASTE should be applied to clean, dry, and properly prepared substrates. Trowel or knife grade application is recommended for filling joints and cracks. When used on metal, surface prep is critical for bonding performance. For cold weather or faster cure times, select the Fast Cure version. Always consult APF’s technical data sheet for coverage rates and cure time details.
