Countertop and Tabletop Epoxy ... $119.99
High Performance Countertop and Tabletop Epoxy Resin One Stop Epoxy Countertop and Tabletop Epoxy is a professional grade, 100% solids, 2 to 1 epoxy resin system. Engineered specifically for clear flood coats on countertops, bar tops, and custom furniture, this system delivers the high-build, glass-like depth that customers expect from a premium decorative surface. Unlike standard floor coatings, this resin is a controlled-pour epoxy designed for horizontal surfaces where clarity, air release, and finish quality are the primary focus. It is VOC-free, making it ideal for indoor residential and commercial woodworking or remodeling projects. This product is intended for countertops and decorative pours. For floor systems, please see our 100% Solids Floor Epoxy and Flooring Systems. Where This Product Excels Kitchen and bathroom countertop resurfacing Live-edge tabletops and furniture Commercial bar tops and restaurant surfaces Sealing woodworking and custom art projects Decorative resin "river" pours (up to 1/8" per lift) Key Features and Benefits 100% Solids Formula – Zero shrinkage and zero VOCs for safe interior use. Superior Air Release – Formulated to release bubbles naturally when applied over sealed surfaces. High Clarity – Provides a deep, crystal-clear finish that enhances wood grain and pigments. Blush-Free Cure – Consistent finish that resists "clouding" common in lower-grade resins. Scratch & Stain Resistant – Durable enough for daily residential and commercial use. Mixing and Application Instructions The Golden Rule of Countertops: Always apply a thin "Seal Coat" of epoxy using a brush or squeegee before your main flood coat. This seals the pores of the wood or concrete and prevents air from escaping (off-gassing) into your final finish. Mixing This is a 2 to 1 mix ratio consisting of two parts resin to one part hardener. Mix using a drill mixer at low speed for 2 to 3 minutes. 1 Gallon Paddle Mixer: For partial kits 5 Gallon Paddle Mixer: For full kits It is critical to scrape the sides and bottom of the bucket during mixing. Avoid whipping the material, as this introduces unnecessary air into the resin. Application Pour the material as a flood coat at approximately 30 to 40 square feet per gallon, depending on the desired build. Allow the material to lay down naturally. You may use a 12-Inch Magic Trowel or a 4-Inch Roller for edge work to guide the epoxy, but it is engineered to flow into a smooth, seamless surface on its own. ⚠️ ENVIRONMENTAL WARNING: Do not apply in direct sunlight or on sunbaked surfaces. Additionally, do not apply with air blowing directly on the surface from fans or HVAC systems. Moving air will cause the coating to skin over before it has a chance to properly lay down, leading to permanent surface defects. Coverage and Cure Times Application Step Thickness Approx. Coverage Standard Flood Coat 1/8 Inch 12 – 16 Sq. Ft. Per Gallon Seal Coat (Porous Surfaces) Thin Film 30 – 40 Sq. Ft. Per Gallon Working Time: 30 to 45 minutes (depending on temp) Tack Free: 8 to 12 hours Light Use: 24 hours Full Cure: 72 hours Frequently Asked Questions Do I need to torch this epoxy to remove bubbles? When applied over a properly sealed surface, this system is formulated for excellent air release. While a quick pass with a torch or heat gun can help pop surface bubbles, it is not always necessary if the seal coat was done correctly. Can I pour this thicker than 1/8 inch at a time? This product is a "Flood Coat" epoxy. Pouring thicker than 1/8" can cause the material to overheat (exotherm), resulting in yellowing, ripples, or cracks. Can I use this for my garage floor?Technically yes, but this product is designed for countertops and decorative pours, not floor systems. For garage floors, please see our 100% solids floor epoxy line or visit our Flooring Systems Page. What happens if a fan is blowing on the project while it cures?Moving air causes the surface to "skin over" prematurely. This prevents the epoxy from laying down properly, which will leave you with an uneven, wavy finish. Is this beginner friendly?Yes. The 2:1 ratio is very forgiving and the extended working time allows beginners to guide the material using a Magic Trowel or 4-inch roller without the stress of a fast-setting cure. Do I have to sand between coats? If you apply your second coat within 12–24 hours, no sanding is required. After 24 hours, you must lightly sand the surface with 220 grit to ensure a mechanical bond. Why is the seal coat so important?Bubbles usually come from air escaping a porous surface (like wood or concrete). A thin seal coat locks that air in the surface so it can't ruin your final flood coat. Is this epoxy food safe?Once fully cured, 100% solids epoxy is generally considered inert and suitable for incidental food contact, making it a strong choice for kitchen counters and dining tables.

Majestic Deep Pour 2 | Crystal Clear Casting Epoxy for River Tables
Majestic Deep Pour 2 | Crystal... from $140.00 $149.99
Majestic Deep Pour 2 | Crystal Clear Casting Epoxy for River Tables Product Overview Majestic Deep Pour 2 is a professional grade, 100% solids casting epoxy engineered for artisans who demand absolute clarity in deep applications. This premium two component system is designed to handle the thermal challenges of thick pours, allowing for massive depths in a single lift without the cloudy finish or excessive heat buildup found in standard resins. Whether you are crafting a signature river table, encapsulating objects, or creating thick decorative art, Majestic Deep Pour 2 provides a glass like finish. Built with advanced self defoaming technology, it actively releases trapped air during the cure cycle to ensure your project remains free of unsightly bubbles and hazing. The Deep Pour Advantage: This formulation allows for single pours beyond 1¾ inches deep. Its slow, controlled exothermic reaction prevents shrinking and cracking, making it the definitive choice for high value woodworking and furniture projects. Why Artisans Choose Majestic Deep Pour 2 Elite Clarity: Crystal clear, high gloss finish that mimics the appearance of polished glass. Superior Heat Control: Specifically engineered for thick applications to prevent yellowing or cracking from overheating. VOC Free and Low Odor: Safe for use in home studios and workshops without harsh chemical fumes. Self Defoaming Technology: Actively pulls air to the surface for a bubble free casting. 100% Solids Formula: Zero shrinkage during the cure process ensures your dimensions remain exact. UV Resistant: Stabilized to resist ambering and maintain long term transparency. Common Applications River Tables: Thick pours between live edge wood slabs. Object Encapsulation: Suspending memorabilia, coins, or organic materials in clear resin. Thick Art Pours: Creating deep 3D effects in decorative trays and sculptures. Bar Tops and Countertops: Achieving a massive "deep water" look in a single application. Metallic Resin Art: Perfect for suspending metallic pigments for a swirling, pearlescent effect. Technical Specs and Mixing Mix Ratio: 2 Parts A to 1 Part B by volume. Pour Depth: Capable of 1¾ inches per lift (or more depending on ambient temperature). Temperature Range: Maintain 65°F to 80°F for optimal flow and air release. Mixing: Use a low speed drill and paddle. Mix for 3 to 5 minutes, scraping the sides and bottom. Avoid high speeds to prevent whipping air into the mixture. Frequently Asked Questions How deep can I pour Majestic Deep Pour 2 in one go?This product is designed for deep pours beyond 1¾ inches. For extremely thick sections, we recommend pouring in "lifts" and allowing the material to reach a gel state before adding the next layer to manage heat. Is this the same as a standard countertop epoxy? No. Standard countertop epoxies are "thin film" coatings. If you pour them deep, they will overheat and crack. Majestic Deep Pour 2 is a casting resin built specifically for depth and clarity. How do I get rid of bubbles? The product is self defoaming, but for best results, mix slowly and use a heat gun or torch lightly over the surface after pouring to pop any remaining surface bubbles. Can I add color to this epoxy?Yes. It is perfectly compatible with metallic powders, liquid pigments, and dyes. Its long working time allows you to create intricate swirling patterns that stay in place while it cures.
