Shipping policy

By placing an order with One Stop Epoxy, LLC, the Buyer is agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply to all sales by One Stop Epoxy, LLC to the Buyer. Any differing conditions or terms the Buyer may expect, accept, or operate by elsewhere shall not apply. Title to Products and risk of loss or damage shall pass to Buyer upon receipt by Buyer or Buyer’s designated carrier from One Stop Epoxy’s facility. Any delivery or shipment dates stated in Purchase Orders or given by One Stop Epoxy are estimates only and One Stop Epoxy, LLC is not liable for any shipping delays, loss, damage, cost, or expense for any failure to deliver in accordance with the given delivery or shipment date, terms, or expectations thereof. One Stop Epoxy, LLC assumes no responsibility for items that may be damaged in transit or stolen after delivery has been made. We are not responsible for theft of items left unattended after delivery has been made. We are not responsible for theft by “Porch Pirates”. All claims, questions, concerns, or complaints regarding shipping related issues are between the Buyer and Shipping or freight provider.
