Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at One Stop Epoxy, LLC. We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers while maintaining the integrity and safety of the products we sell. Due to the specialized nature of our materials and equipment, this Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns may or may not be accepted. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances once they leave our facility:
Resinous Materials and Liquid Chemicals:
Due to quality control and safety concerns, all resinous materials, liquid chemical, and paste products are non returnable once they leave our facility. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure product integrity for all customers.
Equipment with Motors or Engines:
All equipment containing motors or engines is non returnable under any circumstances.
Special Order Materials:
Any material that is special ordered, custom ordered, or not part of our regularly stocked inventory is non-returnable under any circumstances.
This restriction does not apply to products that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part. Any such issues must be reported promptly in accordance with the guidelines below.
Returnable Items
For all eligible non-perishable items, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

Return Period:
All eligible items must be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. -
Pre-Return Authorization Requirement:
All return requests must be submitted for preliminary review before any item is shipped back to One Stop Epoxy, LLC.
To initiate this process, the purchaser must email Sales@OneStopEpoxy.com with clear, current photographs of each item they wish to return. Photographs must show the product condition, packaging, and all included components.
Submission of photographs is mandatory. Return requests that do not include adequate photographic documentation will not be reviewed or approved.
Photographic review is used to determine whether the item(s) may qualify for return under this policy. Approval at this stage does not guarantee final acceptance. All items remain subject to inspection upon receipt.
Only items that receive preliminary approval will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without preliminary approval and an RMA number may be refused.

Customer’s Expense:
All approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense to the address listed below. -
Product Condition:
All returned items must be unopened, unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
5. Inspection and Approval of Returns
Upon receipt, all returned items will be inspected by One Stop Epoxy, LLC to verify that they meet all return eligibility requirements. To qualify for a return, items must be unopened, unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging, as outlined in this Return Policy.
The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that all returned items are properly packaged and protected during transit. One Stop Epoxy, LLC is not responsible for damage, loss, or alteration of items that occurs during the return shipping process. Any such issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
Items that arrive damaged, compromised, or altered due to return transit will not qualify for a refund.
If a returned item does not meet one or more of these conditions, the return will be denied. In this case, the purchaser will have the following options:
i. Pay in advance for shipping and handling for One Stop Epoxy, LLC to return the item(s) back to the purchaser.
ii. Authorize One Stop Epoxy, LLC to dispose of the item(s), in which case no refund will be issued.
If the purchaser does not provide payment for return shipping or written authorization for disposal within seven (7) calendar days of notification, the item(s) will be considered abandoned. One Stop Epoxy, LLC reserves the right to dispose of the item(s) without further notice and no refund will be issued.
One Stop Epoxy, LLC reserves the right to make the final determination on the condition and eligibility of all returned items based on the criteria outlined in this policy.
6. Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the original purchase price. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 30 days after inspection and approval.
Exceptions and Special Cases
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us immediately at Sales@OneStopEpoxy.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Changes to This Return Policy
One Stop Epoxy, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective as of the updated Effective Date.
