Solid Color Epoxy Floors
For a seamless, uniform look, apply One Stop Epoxy 100% Solids Industrial Grade Epoxy with solid color pigments to create a seamless, high-gloss finish that’s both durable and easy to maintain. Partial Flake Epoxy Floors
Combine One Stop Epoxy 100% Solids Industrial Grade Epoxy with solid color pigments and broadcast 1–3 pounds of vinyl flakes per 100 square feet. This epoxy serves as a robust foundation for topcoats like our Urethane Topcoat, ensuring a long-lasting, durable finish.
Full Flake Epoxy Floors
For a full-coverage look, broadcast 40 pounds of vinyl flakes per 320 square feet. Experienced installers can finish the system with our high performance PolyGloss 85 while DIYers may prefer sealing the system with our high performance PolyGloss Slo Go available in satin, matte, high-gloss finishes, and pre-pigmented colors.
Commercial Grade Floors
For a durable, long-lasting commercial-grade floor, start with a base coat of One Stop Epoxy Moisture Vapor Epoxy to ensure proper adhesion and moisture protection, especially in areas prone to moisture. Once the base coat has cured, apply a layer of One Stop Epoxy 100% Solids Industrial Grade Epoxy at a coverage rate of 100 square feet per gallon.
To complete the system, finish with a Urethane Topcoat for added surface strength, and an additional layer of T2 to provide enhanced durability and protection in high-traffic commercial environments.
This application creates a resilient, low-maintenance floor ideal for commercial spaces such as showrooms, warehouses, and retail stores, where longevity and safety are essential.
Non-Slip Industrial Floors
For industrial-grade, non-slip surfaces, start with a base coat of One Stop Epoxy Moisture Vapor Epoxy to ensure proper adhesion and moisture protection. Once cured, apply a layer of One Stop Epoxy 100% Solids Industrial Grade Epoxy and broadcast kiln-dried sand, silica sand, or paving sand to rejection. After the epoxy cures, remove the excess sand and apply a grout coat of One Stop Epoxy 100% Solids Industrial Grade Epoxy. Finish the system with a Urethane Topcoat for an industrial-grade, non-slip finish perfect for high-traffic areas.
This product is sold pre-pigmented in White, Black, Lite Gray, Med Gray, and Tan saving you $20 - $60 compared to other brands that require separate pigment purchases. This short-fill kit also eliminates the need to buy a separate mixing bucket, saving you an additional $5.50 plus time and gas for a trip to the store.
Approximate Coverage:
Pigmented receiver coat for vinyl chips: 133-150 SFPG

One Stop Epoxys standard resin is a 2 to 1 ratio 100% solids, two-component, high-build epoxy floor coating that’s designed for applications where heavy-duty protection is required.
Our Epoxy is easy-to-use, self-leveling, and delivers a high-gloss and chemically resistant surface. Combine with Decorative Chips, quartz, or Metallic Additive systems to create an attractive and durable finish or broadcast non-slip aggregates to produce a non-slip surface.
Application Equipment: Flat – 3/16 inch notched rubber squeegee Rollers
3/8” nap, woven, shed-resistant roller cover in 4, 9 , or 18 inch.
2 inch chip brush
Mixing: 100% Solids Self Leveling is a two-component coating and proper mixing is required.
Mix base thoroughly to disperse pigment before mixing with activator. (This is the time to add in your pigment)
Mix 2 parts base to 1 part activator by volume for two minutes, material is immediately ready for use after mixing base and activator; no induction time required. Do not mix more material than can be used within the working time.
Pot Life NONE – GET IT OUT OF THE BUCKET! Approximately working time is 30-45 minutes at 70°F and 50% relative humidity. Higher temperatures or humidity will shorten pot-life and working time.
Application Procedure: Pour mixed material onto floor in a long bead approximately 12-18 inches wide. Do not drain or scrape remaining material in bucket.
Use either a flat or notched rubber squeegee and spread material to uniform thickness.
After material is spread, back-roll your material with a 3/8” shed-resistant woven roller cover.
