Stain & Chemical Resistant: Resists tire marking, graffiti, fuels, and many common chemicals. Re-Coatable: Compatible with both water-based and solvent-based polyurethane topcoats. Low VOC Option Available: Meets air quality regulations for restricted regions. Recommended Uses Primer for Color Quartz and Vinyl Flake Systems Topcoat for Armor-Rez Concrete Grind & Seal applications Concrete and acid-stained surfaces Retail stores, restaurants, and commercial floors Warehouses and aircraft hangars Automotive service areas and showrooms Installation Notes APF Polyurethane 250 Gloss should be applied to clean, dry, properly prepared surfaces using a roller or airless sprayer. When sealing over acid-stained or integrally colored concrete, ensure adequate ventilation and monitor surface temperatures. This product may also be used as a tie coat over hard-to-bond coatings such as polyester urethane. For best results, follow APF’s application guidelines for spread rates and cure times.
LABSHIELD ECO 3 Gallon Kit featuring low-odor, 100% solids polyaspartic Part A and Part B buckets for professional indoor epoxy floor coating.
LABSHIELD ECO Standard Low Odo... $379.99
LABSHIELD ECO Standard | Low Odor Polyaspartic with Extended Flow Product Overview LABSHIELD ECO Standard delivers the elite durability of a 100% solids polyaspartic with a critical advantage: extended working time. Engineered for installers who refuse to rush, this virtually odorless system provides a generous 25 minute window to ensure perfect flake distribution and a seamless finish on larger or more complex floor layouts. By utilizing Advanced Opacity Technology, LABSHIELD ECO eliminates the common chip repulsion issues found in inferior resins. This ensures your broadcast remains dense and uniform, creating a high end decorative finish with significantly less effort and material waste. The Indoor Advantage: Solvent free and completely odorless, the Standard formulation is the professional choice for basements, hospitals, and occupied retail spaces. You get industrial grade protection without the chemical fumes that typical polyaspartics off gas into HVAC systems. Why Professionals Choose LABSHIELD ECO Standard 25 Minute Working Window: Perfect for larger residential garages and commercial slabs where faster systems cure too quickly. Virtually Odorless: Safe for use in occupied buildings and homes without solvent migration. 100% Solids Chemistry: Provides a massive, dense film build with zero shrinkage and no toxic load. Superior Flow and Leveling: The extended open time allows the resin to settle perfectly, eliminating roller marks. UV Stable Performance: Aliphatic chemistry ensures your floor will not yellow or amber in interior or exterior applications. Extreme Chemical Resistance: Guards against salts, oils, and automotive fluids in demanding environments. Technical Performance Snapshot Property Value Mix Ratio 2 Parts A to 1 Part B Working Time Approximately 25 minutes Tack Free State Approximately 3 to 4 hours Foot Traffic Ready 24 hours Application Temp -22°F to 86°F Installation and Mixing Surface Prep: Concrete must be clean and mechanically profiled to a CSP 2. Moisture must be below 4%. Mixing: Combine 2 parts A with 1 part B. Mix for 3 minutes at low speed (300 to 450 RPM). Scrape sides and reverse direction halfway through. System Placement: Pour in ribbons and spread with a squeegee followed by a multi directional back roll. Frequently Asked Questions When should I use the Standard version instead of Ultra Fast?Standard is ideal for larger projects or solo installers who need more time to manage a wet edge and broadcast flakes without the resin tacking up prematurely. Is this safe for indoor basement projects?Yes. Because it is 100% solids and solvent free, it is virtually odorless and won't travel through your home or building ventilation system. Does it yellow in the sun?No. It is a highly UV stable aliphatic system, making it suitable for both interior and exterior projects like patios and pool decks.

Surface should be mechanically prepared to a minimum CSP 2 or greater. All fibers on fiber reinforced concrete must be removed before coating. Mixing Instructions Pre mix Part A at low speed until color is uniform. Combine 2 parts Part A with 1 part Part B in a clean container. Mix for a full 3 minutes at 300 to 450 RPM. Reverse mixer direction after 90 seconds and scrape sides and bottom thoroughly. Mix only what you can apply within the 15 minute working time. Frequently Asked Questions Is this polyaspartic really low odor?Yes. LABSHIELD ECO is 100% solids and solvent free, meaning it does not have the harsh chemical smell associated with traditional polyaspartic coatings. Can I use this for indoor basement floors?Absolutely. This is the preferred choice for basements and residential interiors because it won't off gas smells into the home through the HVAC system. Does it yellow in the sun?No. It is a highly UV stable aliphatic system, making it suitable for both interior and exterior projects like patios and pool decks. Can I use the colored version as a finished floor? No. The colored version is designed only as a base coat and must be covered with flakes, quartz, or another approved finish layer.
