Surface Preparation
- Concrete must be clean, dry, and free of grease, oil, paint, and contaminants.
- Concrete should be cured for at least 28 days with moisture content below 4%.
- Surface should be mechanically prepared to a minimum CSP 2 or greater.
- All fibers on fiber reinforced concrete must be removed before coating.
Mixing Instructions
- Pre mix Part A at low speed until color is uniform.
- Combine 2 parts Part A with 1 part Part B in a clean container.
- Mix for a full 3 minutes at 300 to 450 RPM.
- Reverse mixer direction after 90 seconds and scrape sides and bottom thoroughly.
- Mix only what you can apply within the 15 minute working time.
