Nukote Premera Fusion Primer
from $165.00
Premera FP1 Fusion Primer
Premera FP1 Fusion Primer is a cutting-edge, fast-drying nano-adhesive primer designed to bond seamlessly to nearly any contaminate-free hard surface. Its unique formulation creates a molecular bridge between coatings and substrates, allowing coatings that would typically struggle to adhere to form a strong, durable bond. This molecular bonding eliminates the need for time-consuming sanding or mechanical abrasion, drastically streamlining your application process and reducing preparation time.
Why Premera FP1 Can Replace Mechanical Abrasion:
Traditionally, surface preparation requires mechanical abrasion like sanding or grinding to roughen the surface, ensuring that the new coating can properly bond. Premera FP1 Fusion Primer uses advanced nanotechnology to form covalent bonds at the molecular level. These bonds penetrate deep into the substrate, anchoring the coating firmly to the surface without needing to roughen it first.
In plain English, this means that instead of having to sand down or grind a concrete or metal surface, Premera FP1 chemically fuses to the surface, creating a strong connection. This not only saves time but also preserves the integrity of the substrate by avoiding potential damage that mechanical abrasion can cause. Premera FP1 allows you to move straight to the next layer without compromising on adhesion quality.
Key Features Of Premera FP1 Fusion Primer:
No need for sanding or mechanical abrasion: Streamlines preparation while maintaining superior bonding.
Strong bonding: Works even on the hardest-to-bond surfaces, including smooth metals.
Fast drying: Quick adhesion promoter for efficient application.
Covalent bonding: Bonds at the molecular level, becoming one with the surface.
Versatile use: Suitable for almost any substrate, including concrete, steel, wood, tile, and fabric.
Virtually invisible: Leaves no visible residue after application.
Moisture and stain resistance: Protects from within, reducing future maintenance costs.
Long-lasting protection: Extends the life of the substrate, protecting it from environmental wear and tear.
Typical Uses of Premera FP1 Fusion Primer
Adhesion layer: Bonds coatings to substrates or between two coatings, ensuring a durable finish.
Substrate variety: Works on painted or unpainted iron, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, powder-coated surfaces, galvanized surfaces, concrete, wood, rubber, plastic, fiberglass, and glass.
Ideal for Concrete Coatings:
For professionals in the concrete coatings industry, Premera FP1 Fusion Primer provides a faster, more efficient way to achieve a perfect bond, especially when used in conjunction with one of our or our popular metallic flooring kits. By eliminating the need for mechanical abrasion, it reduces preparation time while ensuring high-quality results.

One Stop Epoxy Urethane WB | Interior Topcoat for Epoxy Floors
One Stop Epoxy Urethane WB is a professional grade water based urethane designed for high performance interior flooring. While modern coatings like Slow Go Polyaspartic and Premera T2 offer advanced speed and clarity, this Water Based Urethane remains the premier choice for occupied residential and commercial spaces where low odor and cost efficiency are the top priorities.
Engineered for installers who need a forgiving application window without the heavy chemical smell typical of high solids polyaspartics, this urethane provides a durable, reliable finish for metallic, solid color, and flake systems. It is the perfect balance for projects that demand a professional interior result on a budget conscious scale.
Choose this topcoat when low odor and application control are paramount for your interior environment.
Where This Product Fits in Your System
This protective finish is designed to lock in your decorative system and provide reliable wear resistance:
Topcoat for Metallic Dream Epoxy
Seal coat for solid color epoxy floors
Topcoat for partial flake systems
Protective finish over 100% solids epoxy
Grind and seal applications directly on concrete
Pro Note: While this urethane is highly durable for standard use, for industrial environments, heavy manufacturing, or areas subject to constant forklift traffic, we recommend the Labfender Polyurethane System.
Mixing and Application Instructions
Step 1 Pre Mix
This product features a 3 to 1 mix ratio (three parts resin to one part catalyst). This is a water based product, settlement is normal and expected. Blend the bucket of BASE (Part A) for 1 minute before pouring into a larger bucket and combining with activator.
Step 2 The Blend
For 1 Gallon Kits: Pour Part A and Part B into a larger mixing bucket and blend for 2 minutes using a paddle mixer.
For 2 or More Gallons: When mixing multiple kits together (up to 4 gallons in a 5 gallon bucket), you must use a Box Mixer and blend for 2 - 3 minutes to ensure a complete chemical reaction.
Step 3 Application
Pour the mixed material 1 - 1.5 gallons at a time into an 18 inch paint tray. While wearing spiked shoes and using a 1/4 or 3/8” nap epoxy roller (ensure the roller is de-shedded prior to use), load your roller and cover an area 4 ' x 4' rolling out the material in a "M" pattern left to right, then a "W" pattern right to left, leaving no roller lines behind. For large areas Multiple people should work this pattern loading the floor as one "Finisher" walks side to side back rolling the material over lapping by 2 inches with each pass. Do not wait to back roll as the product can tack over quickly and roller pickup may occur
Small Projects: You may utilize a paint tray and dip and roll using a 1/4 or 3/8” nap epoxy roller (ensure the roller is de-shedded prior to use). To avoid roller lines, you may backroll the floor before the product becomes tacky.
The "Orange Peel" Mitigation Tip
To achieve a professional, smooth finish and eliminate the "orange peel" texture typical of standard urethanes, add 12 ounces of water per kit into the initial mix. This improves the flow and leveling characteristics, resulting in a significantly smoother, more consistent surface reflection.
⚠️ ENVIRONMENTAL WARNING: Do not apply in direct sunlight or on sunbaked surfaces. Additionally, do not apply with air blowing directly on the floor from fans or HVAC systems. Moving air will cause the coating to skin over before it has a chance to properly lay down, leading to permanent surface defects.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will I get roller lines if I use this urethane topcoat?Roller lines are almost always a result of improper application technique. To ensure a uniform finish, it is critical to use an 18-inch roller for your main floor area. This provides equal down pressure across the entire surface, preventing the "squeeze lines" commonly caused by 9-inch roller frames. Use a 9-inch roller only for detail work along the edges.
Do I need a primer if I am doing a "Grind and Seal" directly on concrete? If you apply urethane directly to raw concrete, expect to apply multiple layers as the porous slab will "drink" the material. To prevent an uneven finish and save on material costs, we highly recommend first applying our One Stop WB Primer. This seals the concrete and provides a consistent foundation for the urethane.
How do I stop my urethane from having an orange peel texture?Standard urethanes are thick. By adding 12 ounces of water to your mixed kit, the product thins just enough to level out perfectly, eliminating almost all orange peel characteristics for a much smoother finish.
Is this product suitable for a warehouse with forklifts? While this urethane is very scratch resistant, it is designed for foot traffic and light vehicular use. For industrial environments with constant forklift traffic, our Labfender Polyurethane is the recommended system.
Why is sanding required after 24 hours? After 24 hours, the surface becomes too smooth for a chemical bond. Sanding creates a mechanical profile that allows the new layer to anchor securely to the previous one.
Can this be used for outdoor concrete? No. This is an interior topcoat. For exterior patios or driveways, use a specialized exterior-grade breathable sealer designed to handle moisture movement through the slab.
Can I apply this over a previous coating? The surface must be thoroughly cleaned and mechanically sanded to ensure a proper bond. Applying over an old coating without proper mechanical preparation will likely result in delamination.
What is the effect of high humidity on application?Humidity above 75% can slow the evaporation of water from the coating, which may cause a cloudy or "milky" finish. It is best to maintain a controlled interior environment during the cure.

Partial Flake Epoxy Floor Kits
from $399.99
Partial Flake Epoxy Floor Kits
A partial flake epoxy floor combines a solid color epoxy base coat with a controlled broadcast of decorative vinyl flakes. Unlike full flake systems, the base color remains visible, creating a clean, balanced look with added texture and visual interest.
One Stop Epoxy Partial Flake Floor Kits are made with professional grade, 100 percent solids epoxy applied at true commercial coverage rates. Each kit includes generous flake quantities—1 pound per 50 square feet—far exceeding the typical industry rate of 1 pound per 400 square feet. A durable Gloss or Satin urethane topcoat is also included to protect your floor.
What Is a Partial Flake Floor?
Partial flake floors are created by broadcasting flakes into wet epoxy at light to medium density. This allows the base color to show through while improving traction and hiding minor surface imperfections.
Cleaner look than full flake systems
Smoother finish underfoot
Improved slip resistance
More forgiving for DIY installation
Partial vs Full Flake
Partial Flake Floors:
Visible base color
Lower material cost
Smoother texture
Easier to clean and install
Full Flake Floors:
