Poly Gloss 85 Slow Go Polyaspartic Floor Coating

Product Overview

Poly Gloss 85 Slow Go is a two-component, 1:1 aliphatic Polyaspartic designed for projects that need extra working and cure time. You get the same industrial-strength, high gloss finish as our standard Poly Gloss 85, plus extended open time, high build in a single coat, and superior resistance to stains, chemicals, and UV.

Coverage & Application

  • 1 gal kit covers 133–150 sq ft
  • 2 gal kit covers 266–300 sq ft
  • 3 gal kit covers 399–450 sq ft
  • Apply with flat squeegees, shed-resistant rollers, or paint brushes
Poly Gloss 85 - One Stop Epoxy Line

Mixing Instructions:
  • Mix Part A and Part B in a bucket for 2 Minutes with a low speed Drill and Helix Mixer
  • If not mixing an entire kit mixing ratio is 1 to 1
  • Mix in 16oz of Polyaspartic Pigment per Gallon
Application Procedure:
  1. After mixing is complete pour your polyaspartic on the floor 
  2. Begin spreading with a flat Squeegee moving side to side front to back wearing spiked shoes
  3. Have a second person begin back rolling your polyaspartic once you're a few feet ahead into your floor
  4. The back roller should only be rolling from one side of the floor to the other in one direction for the most consistent finish  
Working time:

You'll have 15-25 minutes depending on ambient temperature and humidity for longest working time install in
