Policy

Thank you for shopping at One Stop Epoxy, LLC. We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers, but we also need to protect the integrity and safety of our products. Due to the nature of our specialized items, we have a distinct return policy that we ask all of our customers to review carefully.

Non-Returnable Items

Resinous Materials and Liquid Chemicals: Due to quality concerns, we cannot accept returns for any resinous material or liquid chemical products once they have left our store. This policy is non-negotiable and aims to ensure the highest standards for all of our customers.

Returnable Items

For all non-perishable items, we do offer a limited return policy under the following conditions:

Return Period: All eligible items must be returned within fourteen (14 )days from the date of purchase.

Customer’s Expense: All items must be sent back to One Stop Epoxy, LLC at the customer's expense.

Product Condition: All returned items must be unopened, unused, and in new condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Management Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned items, our management will inspect each item to verify its condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the criteria listed above. If the product is refused, the purchaser has two options:

Pay in advance for the shipping and handling costs for One Stop Epoxy, LLC to send the unaccepted products back to the purchaser.

Accept a $0.00 refund, at which point One Stop Epoxy, LLC will dispose of the unaccepted products in a manner we deem appropriate.

Restocking Fee:
If the returned items meet our conditions for returnability, 70% of the purchase price will be refunded to the original method of payment within 30 days. A 30% restocking fee will be retained to cover the costs of processing the return.

How to Initiate a Return

At this stage, we will ask you to email digital pictures of the products
you wish to return for our initial review. This step is mandatory to
determine if returning the products is an option.

If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where One Stop Epoxy holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, One Stop Epoxy shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. One Stop Epoxy shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, One Stop Epoxy will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price

By placing an order with One Stop Epoxy, LLC, the Buyer is agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply to all sales by One Stop Epoxy, LLC to the Buyer.

Any differing conditions or terms the Buyer may expect, accept, or operate by elsewhere shall not apply.  One Stop Epoxy, LLC reserves the right to cancel any online sale. 

We may request state issued picture identification that must match the credit card used to purchase.  In addition we may also request an accompanying Credit Card Authorization, or for payment to be made through Zelle or other forms of electronic funds transfer. 

Our shipping policy is as follows.  Title to Products and risk of loss or damage shall pass to Buyer upon receipt by Buyer or Buyer’s designated carrier from One Stop Epoxy’s facility.

Any delivery or shipment dates stated in Purchase Orders or given by One Stop Epoxy are estimates only and One Stop Epoxy, LLC is not liable for any shipping delays, loss, damage, cost, or expense for any failure to deliver in accordance with the given delivery or shipment date, terms, or expectations thereof. 

One Stop Epoxy, LLC assumes no responsibility for items that may be damaged in transit or stolen after delivery has been made.  We are not responsible for theft of items left unattended after delivery has been made.  We are not responsible for theft by “Porch Pirates”. 

All claims, questions, concerns, or complaints regarding shipping related issues are between the Buyer and Shipping or freight provider.
