Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where One Stop Epoxy holds a presence. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, One Stop Epoxy shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. One Stop Epoxy shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, One Stop Epoxy will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price

We may request state issued picture identification that must match the credit card used to purchase.  In addition we may also request an accompanying Credit Card Authorization, or for payment to be made through Zelle or other forms of electronic funds transfer. 

Our shipping policy is as follows.  Title to Products and risk of loss or damage shall pass to Buyer upon receipt by Buyer or Buyer’s designated carrier from One Stop Epoxy’s facility.

Any delivery or shipment dates stated in Purchase Orders or given by One Stop Epoxy are estimates only and One Stop Epoxy, LLC is not liable for any shipping delays, loss, damage, cost, or expense for any failure to deliver in accordance with the given delivery or shipment date, terms, or expectations thereof. 

One Stop Epoxy, LLC assumes no responsibility for items that may be damaged in transit or stolen after delivery has been made.  We are not responsible for theft of items left unattended after delivery has been made.  We are not responsible for theft by “Porch Pirates”. 

All claims, questions, concerns, or complaints regarding shipping related issues are between the Buyer and Shipping or freight provider.
