Surface Prep: The crack must be clean, dry, and mechanically prepared. No primer required.
Placement: Use a flat putty knife, a 6 inch broad knife, or a steel margin trowel to press the gel into the crack or spall.
Finishing: Tool the material flush with the surrounding concrete while it is still workable. Time spent here saves grinding later.
Grinding: Once the material is hard, grind or sand it flush with a diamond grinder for a seamless transition.

RIGID REPAIR WARNING
This is a rigid repair material. It is correct for cracks, spalls, pop outs, and static contraction joints. It is not for moving expansion joints. Concrete that moves will crack a rigid filler and take some slab with it. If the joint moves, it needs a flexible filler instead.
